Contact Me About an EPC
Book an assessment, ask a question, or check whether you need a new EPC at all. You’ll be dealing with me, the assessor, from the first call to the certificate.
Ready to book?
Pick a day and a time of day online, and I’ll confirm the time and the price with you. Prices are £65 to £95 by property size, paid on the day.

The quickest way is to ring. I can usually give you a price and a time there and then. Or fill in the form and I’ll come back to you the same day.
What I’ll ask you
- The property postcode.
- What kind of property it is and how many bedrooms it has, plus any extension or loft conversion.
- Whether the EPC is for a sale, a let or something else.
- Which days and times suit you. Appointments run seven days a week, 7am to 10pm.
Before you book: do you need a new one?
An EPC lasts ten years and covers both selling and letting. Look your address up on the government’s Find an energy certificate service first. If there’s a valid one, you can download it free and you don’t need me. Not sure? Ring and ask.
Prices and what’s included are on my EPC prices page. There’s nothing to pay up front: you pay on the day of the visit.
